Payment policy

Prices include every costs until the product reach your hands (except local taxes when applicable).

We use Stripe for credit cards payments.

Shipping policy

All shipments are from Paris, France. Our courier is DHL.
As soon as shipped, you will receive the DHL tracking number and be able to track your parcel.
We assume all costs (but local import or sales taxes in case it applies).

Even if it is unlikely to happen, in case your product shows some damage or default, please send us a picture at sales@ducoteduparc.com

Your complain will receive an answer in 3 working days at max.
1) Damages : a new item will be send to replace the damaged one,
2) Wrong item : we will pick it up at your home and deliver another one.

Note that any complain has to be raised less than 72 hours after the product has been delivered to be acceptable.

Cancellations policy

Cancellations are not allowed for custom or personalized items.

For standard items, cancellations are allowed before shipping, deducting a 25% compensation.

Returns and exchanges policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted during 15 calendar days after receipt.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
